The Town of Paradise advises that flushing of dead end hydrants begins on Thursday, August 19, 2021. This is part of the Town’s water system and fire flow protection maintenance programs.
The flushing will occur between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and will run for approximately five weeks.

The Town has been advised that blasting operations will occur intermittently over the next two weeks as part of the work on the new, single-lane roundabout at the intersection of McNamara Drive and Dianne Whalen Drive. This construction work is a project of the Provincial Department of Transportation and Infrastructure and is part of the new Intermediate School.

August 16, 2021 Update - Upgrades are complete and both dog parks at Paradise Park are now open 🐕 ------------------------------
The Town of Paradise advises that both dog parks at Paradise Park will be closed from Tuesday, August 10 to Friday, August 13, as crews conduct maintenance and upgrades. Based on feedback from pet owners who use the parks, the grass is being removed and replaced with a pet-friendly granular material. Join us for some summer fun at Peter Barry Duff Memorial Park for Recreation Pop-up Activities. On August 11 & 25 from 12-2 p.m., Town staff will be on site to host games and nature-based play for children ages 2 to 10 years old.
