The Town of Paradise has received an application to permit an accessory building with a floor area of 77 m2 at 304 Three Island Pond Road. The subject property has a lot area of 3,309 m2 in which the maximum allowable floor area for all accessory buildings is 70 m2. In order to permit the increased floor area, approval of a 10% variance is required. The Urban and Rural Planning Act permits Council to consider a variance to the Regulations up to a maximum of 10%.
This Notice of Discretionary Use is advertised in accordance with Sections 3.6 and 9.5 of the Town of Paradise Development Regulations, 2016. Any person who wishes to comment on the proposed development is asked to contact the Town of Paradise in writing by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 18, 2026.
