The Town of Paradise gathered today to celebrate its involvement in the 2025 Canada Games as a Community Partner. The Town is proud to be a host site for two sports, beach volleyball and box lacrosse. Paradise Mayor Dan Bobbett was joined by Kim Keating, Co-Chair, 2025 Canada Games Host Society, and St. John’s Mayor Danny Breen along with members of Paradise Town Council, Host Society staff, and local athletes.

UPDATE: Water service is restored to Hayes Avenue. Residents are reminded to run their water for a few minutes in case of any discolouration or air in the pipes. The Town apologizes for the inconvenience.

The Town of Paradise advises a planned, temporary water shut-off is scheduled for Ashlen Crescent (civic numbers 94 to 126) on Thursday, September 21 from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The water shut-off is related to the ongoing water and sewer upgrades on Stephen’s Road. Residents are reminded to run their water for a few minutes when water is restored in case of any discolouration or air in the pipes. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

September 11, 2023 – Paradise, NL: The Town of Paradise advises of a planned, temporary water shut-off for Evergreen Village on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. which may impact water pressure in areas of Elizabeth Park.
