The Town of Paradise advises that construction of the temporary beach volleyball courts at Paradise Park is scheduled to begin on May 20, 2025, and will take approximately eight weeks to complete. Work will occur Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Town of Paradise advises that there will be traffic interruptions in the vicinity of 220 Elizabeth Drive on May 16, 2025 due to a water main break. Traffic may be limited to one lane for repairs to the water main. Drivers are asked to respect all posted signage and follow traffic control measures in the area. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this work.

Effective Monday, May 12, Town Hall services will be available from 1655 Topsail Road. It is expected that the remediation and repair work following the fire at the Depot will take approximately a year to complete. Town Hall services will be available from the temporary location while the restoration work is underway.

The Town of Paradise advises that the 2025 annual line painting and maintenance program will begin on May 14, 2025, starting with marking and painting along Topsail Road. Work on additional roads across Town will continue throughout the summer construction season.

The Town of Paradise advises that construction on the St. Thomas Line Pump Station project is ongoing, and the right-hand turning lane on St. Thomas Line will remain temporarily closed for three weeks.
Crews will work to minimize traffic disruptions; however, drivers should anticipate slowdowns and delays. Please use caution in the area and follow all signage and traffic control measures.
