The Town of Paradise advises that the installation of the twinned forcemain for the new Lift Station 10 is scheduled to begin June 17 and take approximately six weeks to complete. The Town of Paradise advises that the 2024 Street Maintenance program begins tomorrow, Wednesday, June 12. This year, road repairs are scheduled for Kenmount Road, Topsail Road, St. Anne’s Cresent, Topsail Pond Road, Three Island Pond Road, Stokes Road, Elizabeth Drive, and Camrose Drive. The Town of Paradise advises that due to utility work at the Lift Station 10 project, traffic interruptions are expected throughout the day on Wednesday, June 12 on St. Thomas Line and at the intersection of St. Thomas Line and Topsail Road. The Town of Paradise advises the public starting Monday, June 10 scheduled flushing of dead-end hydrants will occur throughout Town, in accordance with the Town’s water system and fire flow protection maintenance programs. Hydrant flushing will occur between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and will run for approximately four weeks.

Lisa Niblock, Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Paradise, NL has officially joined the Board of Directors for the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators (CAMA).
