The Town of Paradise today provided an update on the opening and available amenities for Town parks. Paradise Park – open effective Saturday, June 13The main green space, the dog park, and the beach volleyball court are open for public use. With the province deemed to be at Alert Level 3 under the provincial public health guidelines, the Town of Paradise today issued an update on operations and services. “While Town facilities remain closed to the public, we are open and providing services to our residents,” said Mayor Dan Bobbett. “I thank all Town staff for their dedication and commitment to ensuring our residents continue to have the services they need.” The Town will offer a limited Summer Day Camp program for July...

The Town of Paradise is advising residents that pothole repair will take place in the area of 1366 Topsail Road (Irving Service Station) on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. The work will be the westbound curb lane and traffic delays can be expected in the area. Two traffic lanes will be open for the evening commute. All drivers are asked to use caution in the area and to follow signage and traffic control procedures. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this work.

The Town of Paradise advises that the Bulk Garbage Collection program has started for the 2020 season.
The program collects bulk and metal garbage and is offered by appointment only, please contact 782-3577 to schedule a collection. Bulk garbage is collected on Mondays, and separate appointments are needed for each type of pick-ups.
