The Town of Paradise advises that Paradise Road Phase IV upgrade project, including work at the intersection with St. Thomas Line, will begin this week (August 31, 2020). The Town of Paradise is advising residents that work on the traffic lights at the intersection of Carlisle Drive and Topsail Road will begin on Monday, August 31. The Town of Paradise is advising that sanitary sewer smoke testing will start on Wednesday, September 2.
