The Town of Paradise advises that paving operations on St. Thomas Line are scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, May 21, 2020. The work is set to begin at 9 a.m. and is expected to take one day to complete. Drivers are asked to reduce speed in the area and to follow all signage and traffic control measures. The 2020 annual line painting and maintenance program is underway and will continue over the coming months. It includes traffic lines, edge lines, crosswalks, stop bars, margins and arrows throughout the Town. With the current public health guidelines in place in response to COVID-19, large events and gatherings are permitted to take place for Summer 2020. This means that the Town of Paradise is not able to host its regular events, including Canada Day celebrations and SunSplash Paddle in Paradise festival.
