Due to deteriorating weather conditions, effective 4:30 p.m. Friday, January 17, the Town of Paradise has suspended snow clearing operations. For the safety of operators, all equipment is being returned to the Town depot and snow clearing operations will not resume until the weather conditions improve to safely do so. The Town has stationed one plow at Paradise Fire Station No 8 to be able to assist in the event of an emergency. If you need emergency assistance, please call 911.
All residents are reminded the Town is under a state of emergency and all non-essential vehicles are ordered to stay off Town roads. Residents are also asked to not park vehicles on Town roads as this will impede snow clearing operations when it resumes. All residents are encourage to stay at home and stay safe.
The Town will issue an update when snow clearing operations have resumed.
