all lanes are open on Topsail Road,
collector roads are widened to two lanes,
most local roads have at least one lane open with many having two lanes, and
most cul-de-sacs have one cut through the area.
Crews will be working throughout the evening to continue to open and widen local roads; overnight, work will shift to clear Priority 1 sidewalks in immediate school areas.
The Winter Parking Ban is in effect, and no vehicles are permitted to park on Town roads for 24 hours after the end of a weather event.
