PSA: 2024 Street Maintenance Program Starts; Road Repairs for Kenmount Road

The Town of Paradise advises that the 2024 Street Maintenance program begins tomorrow, Wednesday, June 12. This year, road repairs are scheduled for Kenmount Road, Topsail Road, St. Anne’s Cresent, Topsail Pond Road, Three Island Pond Road, Stokes Road, Elizabeth Drive, and Camrose Drive. The work will be completed throughout the coming weeks with crews on designated sites from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Some weekend work will occur. Additional notice will be issued before work commences on Topsail Road and St. Anne’s Crescent.

The 2024 Street Maintenance Program includes significant road repairs for Kenmount Road to start on Wednesday, June 12. It involves the complete removal and replacement of the asphalt surface in select areas. It will take approximately two weeks to complete with work on-going daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Traffic control will be on site and crews will work to minimize traffic impacts, however due to the nature of the work, traffic interruptions and slowdowns can be expected. Traffic flow will be maintained for the morning and evening commute times. Drivers are asked to use caution in the area and follow all traffic control. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this work.
