PSA: Forcemain Twinning Installation for new Lift Station 10

The Town of Paradise advises that the installation of the twinned forcemain for the new Lift Station 10 is scheduled to begin June 17 and take approximately six weeks to complete. The installation will involve work in the rivers adjacent to the site. The Town has acquired all necessary government approvals and permits, and the work will be completed in accordance with provincial and federal regulations. To do the installation, the rivers will be temporarily dammed and diverted around the work site. All construction water will be diverted to a filtration system prior to being discharged into the river. The rivers will be fully reinstated once the work is completed. During this work, there may be brief traffic interruptions as equipment is moving on the site. The Town apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this work.
