PSA: Lanark Drive Basketball Court Installation - October 15, 2024

The Town of Paradise advises that construction of the new basketball court will begin on Lanark Drive Park effective October 16, 2024. As part of the work the swings will be temporarily removed and replaced. All amenities such as the playground and community garden will remain closed for approximately five weeks to complete the project.

Residents are advised not to park in front of the park and to exercise caution when near the construction site. Please ensure children are not left unsupervised in the vicinity. While fencing will be installed along a section of the nearby trail system, the trails will remain open. We ask that everyone follow posted signage during the closure.

This work was scheduled for the fall to minimize the impact on summer activities. The Town apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this work.
