Please note the following closures and cancellations for the Town of Paradise:

Closures:

The Town Hall is temporarily closed. Town staff are working on business continuity and alternate work arrangements. At this time, the focus is on providing essential services such as garbage collection, snow clearing operations, and water testing.

• In-person service at the Town Hall is not available at this time. There are online options available for paying municipal tax bills, the full details are available on the Town website at www.paradise.ca/taxes.
• The general email info@paradise.ca and the main phone line 709.782.1400 are being monitored and staff will respond to all inquiries. Please note it may take longer than usual to respond, but staff will get to all messages.
•  Garbage and recycling collection are on-going as per the regular schedule and snow clearing operations are continuing.
• The Paradise Double Ice Complex, including the Rotary Paradise Youth and Community Centre and Fitness Centre, are open for regular hours.
